Visit a Service Center
Take your item to an approved service center. For assistance, visit any Safari Hypermarket location or call our customer service helpline.

Declare Your Warranty
Inform the service agent that your appliance is covered by the Xceed extended warranty.

Present Your Documents
Provide the warranty certificate and the original purchase receipt.

Diagnosis and Repair
The service agent will diagnose the problem and provide a repair estimate. The repair will be completed within a maximum of 15 days, depending on parts availability and complexity.
